Over the next few days I’ll animate this. It’s about 10 people sprites tall, I’ll probably just use this one as an overworld sprite… Do a new one for a battle screen maybe, if it doesn’t fit like I want it to. Anyway, wanted it here so you can all see the difference when it’s finished fully!

asdfghsd being compared to such an amazing game twice in one day has blown my mind… That game is SO BEAUTIFUL my squares are no match for it… If I am EVER capable of making something as excellent my life will be complete.
And aaahh thank you, but really I still feel like I’m making it up as I go along. I see stuff from only a few weeks ago and cringe - stuff from excess of a year I can’t even look at. While I’m definitely happy with where I’m going I think I have a long, long way to go yet! And that’s exciting!!

I wish!! No, in truth I am but a 20 year old games tech student who just likes squares a lot and has yet to have any major achievements or make a “proper game”. But wow, being thought to have some kind of connection with one of the most beautiful games I’ve seen for a long time?? I am not worthy.
when controlled, they’ll be spinning on the spot after doing two steps facing one direction, if that makes sense. I’ve only done these directions so far, and roughly at that.
